Our weekly timetable offers a variety of yoga sessions designed to suit students of all ages and ability. Regular classes combine practical exercises with periods of restful meditation to help maintain a healthy balance of body and mind.

For those who are new to yoga or simply interested in finding out more, we now offer a beginners class that provides a perfect opportunity for new students to learn more about the benefits of yoga in a friendly, relaxed and social environment.
